Consider a simple graph of the temperature of the Earth over time. There's nothing interesting about any frame of this graph. The snapshot is a useful way to capture a moment. But moments rarely offer as much insight as seeing something shift over time. Is time hiding from us, or are we deliberately ignoring it?
